Entry to our events is completely free, as is tradition. All participants commit their time, skills and expertise as a speaker, a volunteer or an active participant.

Can I be a speaker?
Sure! Simply apply on the home page of this website and answer "yes" when asked whether you'd like to prepare a talk. Don't forget to specify a theme and a short description of your talk.
How do I know if my talk made it (or didn't make it) into the camp's agenda?
After you apply to be a speaker your proposed talk is reviewed by our programming committee. All talks that are approved by it are submitted for a vote by all of the camp's participants.
If your talk is approved by the community, one of our volunteers will contact you and start working with you on preparing your talk. If not - no worries, you can still apply to be a volunteer and receive an invitation that way.

How do I know if my application was accepted?
You will receive an email within an hour after registration. Be sure to check your "spam" and "promotions" folders/
I registered as a volunteer. What happens next?
Thanks for joining the team! Each camp is made possible by 150 to 200 active volunteers. We assemble our teams gradually, and sometime soon somebody from the core team will contact you and invite you to a group that works on some aspect of the camp.
What exactly do the volunteers do?
Everything! Volunteers work with speakers on their talks, offer marketing support and prepare sponsor integrations, hold networking sessions and activities, organize after-parties, moderate discussions, coordinate transfers and check-ins and more. While registering as a volunteer you will have a opportunity to point out the tasks you'd be most comfortable with carrying out.
How much does it cost?
Participation in the camp is free. You will have to pay for your own travel costs and accommodation. There will be a shuttle transfer between the camp's location and the city - we will notify you of the specifics ahead of time.
How do I pay for the accomodation?
There will be a volunteer team working on that. They will help you book and pay for your room at the camp's location. Keep up with notifications on our social media!
Can I arrive early?
Of course! Most of the camp's participants prefer to arrive one day before the event. There will be a pre-party for those that do come early, and even some informal meetups and workshops.
